When grapes arrive in the winery, where they are destem and press, it’s the beginning of the creation process for our great whites of Burgundy. Chardonnay’s juice, after few days of rests in vats, will give amazing colours going from the bright and nervous yellow of the youth to the golden reflects with the age wisdom.

White wines from our estate give a nice diversity coming from the famous climats de Bourgogne : the fruity touch from Savigny lès Beaune and Pouilly Fuissé, the greedy of Monthélie, the generosity of Chassagne Montrachet , the opulence of Meursault, the grace of Puligny Montrachet, the supremacy of Corton Charlemagne…under the caring look of the cellar master, the aging will last between 6 to 12 months, in French oak casks.
