Vinification and maturing

The duration of maturing is different each year, on average it is 13 months. We use 33% new barrels to elabore this wine.


A vivid yellow color, a complex nose with white flowers, toast bread ans fresh nut. Flowers and fruits like white peach notes in the mouth.
